After completing the best part of my Accountancy qualifications in 1984 I was lucky enough to commence employment in Public Practice in September 1984 in West London. I was employed by a 2 partner firm and there I learnt my basic skills as a Trainee Accountant. I then sought employment with a larger firm and by August 1986 was employed by a 6 partner practice and gained wider experience as a semi skilled accountant and rose to the position of personal assistant by July 1990 and had qualified in full the previous year.

As time progressed I wanted to build up my tax knowledge and took new employment for nearly 18 months with a top 40 practice whereby I learnt and developed my personal and corporate tax compliance and tax planning skills.

I was fortunate enough to have gained what many of my peers in 10 years of practice in less than 7 years and this placed me in good stead to set up my own practice initially running from home for a year and then to serviced offices in West Drayton, Middlesex. We were fortunate to take possession of the property within 3 years.

Over the years I was able to take on staff as my practice expanded but to manageable levels so I did not lose sight and control. My practice has always focused on small OMB’S and maintained this type of clientele to the present day. At the 30 April 2019 we have in excess of 860 clients who provide us with quality work and are a pleasure to work with.
